We have 14 years experience in the property market in Spain and the UK and are well placed to identify the correct property at the right price. On selected properties we are happy to offer a refund of travel/hotel expenses up to a maximum of 1,500 euros. We can take away all the confusing aspects of property purchase abroad such as the language barrier for those not fluent in Spanish and the often intimidating Spanish red tape. Whether viewing on an inspection trip or merely a short single property viewing appointment you will be accompanied by one of our bilingual senior staff members who will translate all the information regarding the house on your inspection. They will be happy to sit down quietly with a coffee and explain the ins and outs of property purchasing in Spain to you, should you wish.
